Therapy

InSight offers both in-office therapy sessions and remote video sessions. We invite you to come into our office for traditional face-to-face therapy sessions. Or if you prefer to do therapy remotely via video sessions, we can do that as well. Please contact us for more information.

Individual therapy
We aim to provide an inviting space for you to openly talk and process sometimes difficult topics. Therapists at insight strive to be culturally sensitive and are LGBTQ affirmative.

Child and Adolescent therapy
At InSight we have therapists with years of experience working with children and adolescents.  We use a combination of play and talk therapy, depending on the needs of your child and adolescent.

Couples and Family therapy
If you and your partner/spouse would like to improve your relationship, or if you seek more peace with your family, therapy is a good place to begin that journey. Therapy can lead to more meaningful and successful relationships.

Psychological Evaluations

Psychological assessments are sometimes recommended to obtain clarity on diagnoses, get detailed treatment recommendations, assess a person’s current cognitive functioning, and/or better understand factors contributing to a person’s current difficulties. We often receive testing and evaluation referrals for questions about:

  • Appropriateness or suitability of bariatric surgery

  • Immigration hardship evaluations

  • Mental health evaluations

  • Diagnostic clarification
